Yes — 100% free with no sign-up. Upload your resume and get an instant ATS score out of 100 with the key issues to fix.
Do you store my resume or personal data?
No. The ATS checker reads and scores your resume entirely in your browser — it's never uploaded. For services, any details you share are deleted within 24 hours of delivery; only your phone number is kept as customer identification. While we hold your reference resume and bills, they're stored securely in-house under enforced controls (encryption, antivirus, restricted access) — we're accountable for protecting them from breach. We align with ISO/IEC 27701 & India's DPDP Act, 2023 (self-aligned, not officially certified). See our Privacy Policy.

How does your ATS score work? Is it an official benchmark?
Our ATS score comes from our own in-house tool, built on 6 pillars: Parseability & Contact, Section Structure, Content Quality & Impact, Keywords & Skills, Formatting & ATS Safety, and Readability. There is no official or central ATS benchmark anywhere — every tool uses its own logic, and so do we. Our score is for guidance only. See Terms.
Are the templates editable? Are they from Canva?
The ₹49 pack gives you editable Word (.docx) versions of any 5 templates of your choice — a DIY option you fill in yourself. All designs are inspired by Canva; we've redesigned them ourselves and give you our editable file. The original Canva designs remain Canva's IP — you receive our redesign, not Canva's IP.
How does a resume rewrite / modify order work?
You pay the full amount or a 50% advance to start (no payment, no start), then share your reference resume & change details. We share a watermarked draft for your confirmation, deliver editable + PDF after the balance, and give one edit within 24 hours of delivery. Full step-by-step on the Services FAQ.
Does the ₹199 rewrite cover any resume or multiple formats?
The ₹199* rewrite applies to one selected template/format only — not multiple formats. Photo-based resumes start from ₹250 (added complexity), informed & agreed before we start. We make all resume types, including global / international formats, on request — charges vary as per the agreement made on WhatsApp or any mode of communication.
What if I pay the advance but don't complete the order?
If you review the draft but stop responding and don't complete payment, we may contact you across multiple channels for confirmation. If you don't confirm, the 50% advance is non-refundable and the balance stays payable as agreed. We never spam or harass — but we may send a first written warning (email/phone) and, if unanswered, act only through lawful channels. On full payment you get a delivery receipt. See Terms.
Are your "1000+" numbers and company logos verified?
No — figures like "1000+ interview calls" and any company names/logos are shown for promotional purposes, based on client feedback. We don't keep exact tracking of them, they're not endorsed or verified by those enterprises, and we're not obliged to provide such data or proof. We also never share client information with anyone.
Do I get a bill for my order?
Yes. Every paid order gets a bill — a payment invoice and/or a delivery bill, as applicable (including ad-hoc orders). We keep a basic record (name, phone, transaction ID) securely for 6 months, then delete it. See sample bills on the Services FAQ.
How do I raise a privacy grievance or report a breach?
Write to our dedicated grievance email grievance.thecorporatechai@gmail.com. Our SLA to respond is 24–48 hours (business days, working hours). Grievances raised beyond 6 months of an order may not be valid, as records are deleted after 6 months. More on the Support page.
How fast is delivery and how do I pay?
Paid services are confirmed on WhatsApp and typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Payment is via UPI.
Do you guarantee interview calls or a job?
No. We help you get noticed and shortlisted, but career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee interview calls, a job, or a 100% switch.
What is your refund policy?
All refund requests are reviewed by our team. A refund may apply only for genuine service-delivery or quality issues (e.g. a service not delivered or not to the agreed standard). Refunds are not provided for outcome-based concerns like not getting calls — since those aren't guaranteed. See Terms.
Is the True Corporate certificate official?
No — it's a free, fun certificate to celebrate the spirit of corporate life. It is not accredited or affiliated with any employer, university or official body. Get yours free.

Yes — the verified HR & recruiter directory is free, with no sign-up. It's our way of giving back to the community.
